I think England are over rated by the English, our expectations are that we'll win every World Cup and European Championship. We must come across as very arrogant to other countries, our leagues are always the best, our players always the best, but our record is poor. England are an average European side who i'd rate at about 12 to 16 in the world, maybe not that high

England is still one of the strongest side on the international arena. Despite England could not get any success recently there are a lot of team out there which do not like playing against them. So the seedings are just statistical information and it does not show actual feeling from opposition teams.

They should be way lower than they are in the rankings, you english still live off 1966. The problem is there's too many overseas players in the Premiership, you'll never win anything
