World cup draw

Draw made today for the qualifying groups for the 2010 world cup. England get a chance for quick revenge on Croatia. As we were not seeded I think we were quite lucky to avoid the big guns

Scotland look reasonably comfortable in there group

The two Irish teams should also stand a reasonable chance

It looks difficult for the Welsh though

It really doesn't look particularly bad for England to me. Having said all that though, we did think we had been given quite a decent European Championship qualifying draw I seem to remember. I honestly think we would have been better having a more difficult looking group, at least then we would start thinking we had it all to do. This does seem to worse for Scotland and the other British teams.

I would not be surprised if Scotland is first to qualify from British Islands. If they play same way as last qualifying group.
