Heskey out for 6 weeks
Wigan striker Emile Heskey has suffered a broken metatarsal and is a major doubt for England's two crucial Euro 2008 qualifiers in Ocotber.
England play Estonia on 13 October and Russia in Moscow four days later - but Wigan chairman Dave Whelan said: "It is not serious but it is still six weeks." Heskey sustained the injury after nine minutes of Wigan's game against Fulham and a scan confirmed the injury.
