Hutchings named new Wigan boss

Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has appointed Chris Hutchings as the club's new manager following the resignation of Paul J.ewell.
Hutchings steps up from his role as assistant manager under J.ewell, who has decided to take a break from football.

He also succeeded ***ell at Bradford, but lasted less than five months after winning one of 12 Premiership games.

This is a strange one, Hutchings has already failed once taking over from J.ewell at Bradford. I would have thought Wigan would have been able to get an experienced manager in, but they seem to have rushed into this decision. Only time will tell how costly it could prove
