Hammers Sign Spurs Stopper

West Ham have clinched the signing of Tottenham Hotspur defender Calum Davenport.

The former England Under 21 international moves across London to Upton Park for an undisclosed fee after signing a three-and-a-half year deal with The Hammers.

Davenport could be pitched straight into West Ham's relegation battle during Saturday's game at Newcastle United.
