Still could go down?

West ham are in danger of being demoted to the championship even though the prem didnt deduct them points. this is becuase man utd are on the verge of signing tevez, for 35m, but west ham say they should get the money, but tevez representatives say they will get the money. if they dont recieve the 35m fee, his representatives claim they have some documents that prove tevez if there player and will prove the prem wrong in not deducting west ham points.

Watch out for the news later this week

hehe
35m for a little striker like that.
Saha is a better finisher than he is.

It would be very quick and easy to swap the two teams. I have a feeling this one isn't over.

On the other hand, wasn't the Hammers already found guilty anyway? I haven't been following the dispute closely, but I thought it was over the punishment rather than the ruling itself, of which Sheff Utd have not won their appeal against.
