Two join from Cardiff

Torquay have clinched the loan signings of Jemal Easter and Nick McKoy from Cardiff.

Easter will join The Gulls on an initial one-month deal, while McKoy will stay until the end of the season.

Striker Easter returned to Cardiff earlier in the week following two months at Bristol Rovers, where he scored once in four appearances.

But Dave Jones has decided to send him back out for more first-team experience at a lower level.

McKoy, who has played just once for Cardiff this season, has been brought in to strengthen Torquay's midfield.

He is available to play in Torquay's FA Cup game against Southampton on Saturday.
