The engineer came and fitted sky+ the next day. I've just got back from Benidorm so i haven't had a look at it yet. A big thanks to my girlfriend for keeping my How Many total going

finally arrived mid-aft....although the installation was very quick, the engineer spent best part of 40min on 'my' phone to log the job in....the problem then was I couldn't get my sports channels because of an 'admin' error and I had to wait for a signal coming through......the engineer took off saying he would phone me when he got the message from sky that it was ok...would take 'an hour' or so.......anyway halfway through the scotland game I lost patience and rung sky myself.....after 15mins someone eventually answered and it took just 5 mins for the signal to come in....job done, but it looks like if I hadn't phoned sky myself I would still be waiting now.....impressed with the box though.....gonna be a lot easier recording etc and not spending endless time winding tapes forward an backward trying to find stuff.
