It was my intention to get Sky originally,as I understand it is good.But after 2 appointments for installation were missed by Sky and when I telephoned to ask what had gone wrong I had to put with a totally unsympathetic and quite nasty Scottish woman I cancelled.

No show, phoned SKY and they said make another date, they can't give a time so i've told them to go F*8k themselves
 . The problem now is getting my £49 back

They've said the engineers mobile phone was broke, they wouldn't give the name of the sub contractor, and about another 10 excuses. I read your post to them and all you get is how sorry they are. I asked them who their managing director was and they wouldn't tell me that either. I don't think they knew.
The poor engineer had an eta of arrival on our house of 8am-10am, I did suggest he was roadkill or should at least be filed as a missing person!

My £49.00 appeared back in my account yesterday
No apology letter - No reply to my complaint letter all together VERY VERY Poor ! Shall stick with Virgin Media for about the same price I get the XL Package with on demand , Setanta sports
