Anything on Discovery, History & Nat Geo
Bit of a factual TV fan personally. My particular interest is WW2 so when they show "The World at War" on UKTV History I'll probably watch it. But there are some real quality programs about like Air Crash Investigation & Seconds to Disaster.

I like the World at War as well. When I get a spare 5 minutes to watch the TV
 I opt for factual documentaries and biographies/autobiographical programmes - mainly because I'm nosy.
