The Red Dahlia
Did anyone else watch this three part detective drama which finished on Wednesday evening? I thought it was okay but why did they have to spoil it at the end with the pretty yound detective snogging her ageing boss.
![]() ![]() It added absolutely nothing to the plot.

Sex gets audiences going these days I suppose. But it does detract somewhat from the story. That's TV for you these days.

re Red Dahlia:
this is part of a series of books with the same characters, she ends up living with him later, then when he gets cut up with a machete she leaves him! (Clean Cut by Lynda la Plante) |

I thought it was all right and the black Dahlia was a true story. I remember reading about it last year.
I really used to enjoy Silent Witness but why did they have to get so involved with the case of the people that they autopsy. The kissing was a little ott though. |
