Swansea make record signing
Swansea City have completed the signing of Stockport loanee Ashley Williams in a club-record deal.
The 23-year-old Welsh international defender will cost almost £400,000 when his move is made permanent on 1 June. It breaks the previous record of £340,000 paid out to Liverpool for Colin Irwin in 1981.

I've a feeling that record won't last very long, Swansea are going to have to get the cheque book out a few times to compete in the top half of the Championship.

well i know gaffa has just come back from a trip to spain and has a few players lined up all ready to join us and if there half as good as the foriegn players he brought over last summer then well be looking good
