Keane axes 4
Sunderland manager Roy Keane has axed 4 players who are all out of contract this summer. Andy Cole, Ian Harte, Stephen Wright and Stan Varga, have been told their stays on Wearside will not be extended.

TBH I think Cole will retire soon. Stephen wright has hardly made a start, same with Varga & Harte. Plus he has money to spend in the summer so probably prudent to cut out the dead wood now.
