I believe they have a pretty good squad and enjoyed an excellent pre-season friendly run in recent weeks - five wins including one against Fulham, a 0-0 draw against Wycombe Wanderers and losses to Brentford and Aldershot. No reason they shouldn't make a good run at it again this season.

The Swans play in Old Gold and Blue. An other win yesterday at Margate Town 2-1, and next Saturday Staines Town plays Billericay Town and also has an Isthmian Cup game against Wingate and Finchley on Tuesday.

AFC Hornchurch are middle of the table with a couple of games in hand over most of the league. The Urchins play in the same strip as Brentford. They are only three years old having replaced, in 2005, the old Hornchurch club that went out of business.
