   these are the pics of the plans that southend are submitting to there local council tomorrow morning for there new 22,000 all seater staduim.

That looks impressive Jack, it's great that teams are getting new stadia to bring the game up to date. Southend will do well to stay in the Championship this season, they need to keep Freddy Eastwood
