Believe it or not Cov but i bought old Whiskeynose's book, it was a good read until he took charge of the scum

One of the best footie books I have ever read is "Garry Nelson Left Foot Forward - a year in the life of a journeyman footballer". It's his account of life at Charlton Athletic - very funny and not particularly glamorous.
