Adkins wants job
S****horpe caretaker boss Nigel Adkins says he has got all the qualities to get the job on a permanent basis.
The United physio has been placed in temporary charge with assistants Andy Crosby and Ian Baraclough.
Adkins has managerial experience with Bangor during the 1990's and won the League of Wales title twice.
"I am enjoying looking after the team and feel I have the skills and qualities need to run this football club," he told BBC Radio Humberside.
Adkins has taken over first-team affairs until a replacement is found for Brian Laws after he left to join Sheffield Wednesday earlier this week.
