Minto retires
Scott Minto has retired after failing to recover from an Achilles injury.
The 34-year-old defender, who has spent his last three seasons at Rotherham, told the club's website: "I did want Rotherham to be my last club.
"When the specialist said my Achilles wouldn't hold up, I was half glad because I knew I couldn't show myself by playing at 100 per cent."
Minto already has a different career planned. He added: "I'm starting a sports journalism course."
