Rangers: Andrius Velicka
Andrius Velicka has agreed to join Rangers on a three-year contract.
The 29-year-old has undergone a medical and successfully thrashed out personal terms with the Ibrox club. Rangers and Norwegian club Viking Stavanger have agreed a fee believed to be in the region of £1million.
