Barr comes in

Carlisle United coach Billy Barr has left Brunton Park to link up with former Cumbrians boss Paul Simpson who is now in charge at Preston North End.
Dennis Booth has also linked up with Simpson again after stepping down as Carlisle's assistant manager in June.

Barr told Carlisle's website: "I have been here for nine years and I am sad to leave.

"I turned down a League Two club at the start of pre-season but the lure of the Championship is just too much."
