Baros For Pompey?

Portsmouth have made a move for Lyon's Milan Baros, his agent has revealed.

Harry Redknapp is desperate to bolster his squad and would like to sign Baros, along with his former Liverpool and Czech international team-mate Patrik Berger.

Baros has had a tough time at Lyon under, coincidentally, former Pompey boss Alain Perrin and he was left out of the side which lost at Lens on Sunday.

Baros had seemed set to remain at the Stade Gerland, but with Brazilian Fred now looking set to stay, it appears the chances of him leaving have increased greatly.

If anyone can get the best out of him then it'll be Harry without a doubt. Still hasn't quite done it in the Prem but he knows what it's all about.
