Harry nicked

Five men have been arrested in connection with alleged corruption in football, police have said.
Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp and chief executive Peter Storrie are among those held on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting.

Rangers player and Senegalese international Amdy Faye was also arrested in Glasgow.

Good old Harry, the dodgiest bloke in football. Would you buy a second hand car off the bloke, he's a bit like Arthur Daley, a loveable rogue. I think this has killed his chances of getting the England managers job though, don't you

On a more worrying note for Portsmouth fans the F.A. action for financial irregularities is relegation and a fan, you'd all better hope they don't find enough evidence on him or your Chief Executive.

There's no smoke without fire, but if Harry and the Chief exec are guilty it'll be a personal prossecution instead of it involving the club won't it

Have heard that they are going to nick Terry Butcher today on the basis of fraud. Apparently he told someone he was a football manager

OK you clueless northern monkies heres how it works. If the Police want you to answer questions without you saying no, they have to arrest you, if they didn't you could just tell the OB to foxtrot oscar.
Harry and Storrie were "helping" the OB with their enquires reference the transfer of Faye, where Willy Mckay allegedly gave money back to faye. Neither Harry or PFC are involved in any criminal irregular activities.

On a lighter note, Harry was explaining at the press conference that he was in Germany watching a game and when he arrived back to Blighty he's wife phoned him up in hysterics saying that the Police had raided at 0600 and taken his computer.

He thanked everyone for their support including all the emails that had been sent but he added these had been handed to him by PFCs admin as the OB still had his laptop!

Fair play to the bloke to he asked "Why would the police tuen up to a raid with a journalist from a well known tabloid?".....SUE THEM HARRY!

The fact is Junkie, don't know if you saw the press conference, Harry said if the police had asked him questions without arresting him both the club and himself would of co-operated fully. The police just wanted to ensure that the enquiry was carried out throughly can't blame them I suppose.
