Vale get a Fortune

Port Vale have signed Leyton Orient defender Clayton Fortune on loan.

Fortune will begin his second loan spell at the club after spending seven months at Vale Park last season.

Manager Martin Foyle told the club website: "We are struggling for defenders and with so many games coming up, I needed to get someone in.

"I searched high and low to bring somebody else in and then Clayton became available and I had no hesistation in taking him."
