Plymouth Argyle have transfer-listed and fined defender Marcel Seip after he refused to be a substitute for the game against Charlton on Saturday.

Manager Paul Sturrock told the club's website: "I am fining Marcel two weeks' wages because of his actions.
"It is appropriate to put him on the transfer-list as well. I feel now is the time for him to get his hernia problem fixed."
The 26-year-old Dutchman has been at Home Park since August 2006.
He joined Argyle from Dutch club SC Heerenveen and has played 39 times for the club so far this season, scoring one goal.
