Just like to say congrats to Macclesfield and Paul Ince who are no longer bottom of the league, can they stay up

Another great result for The Silkmen yesterday and now they are in a position to affect their own fortunes this season.

I am a great believer in the adage that managers pick teams but players get results but Paul Ince has certainly sprinkled a little magic dust on the Macclesfield squad and helped turn their season around.

Although there will be some teams loking nervously over their shoulders now the job is only half done and Macclesfield still need to keep their fine run of form going to ensue they retain their league status.

I am certainly not betting against them though.

Oh err, January 1st, Macclesfield versus Lincoln City.
