Luton Town deducted 10 points
Luton Town have been fined £50,000 and deducted 10 points for the start of the new season after being found guilty of 15 charges of misconduct relating to transfer regulations.

Maybe some teams and fans will start and see what Leeds were battling all last season for now. If Luton start on -25 points it's as good as relegating the club, is football going to be decided in the offices of the Football League now.

cant believe it, its mad. its always the lower league clubs that it gets done to. what i dont understand is dont you send paper work to the FA for your transfers? so why didnt they stop them from making a transfer or sort it out before?
think it shows they didnt read the paper work correctly. i think it could be -25 for them as they havent agreed a CVA yet, its good news for us as it means if we start on -15, then we have a team behind us, but im not happy with it. why should luton get punished for what the FA has missed or who ever has done wrong.

I agree with punishing teams who overspend. Why should clubs who budget properly suffer by being outbid for players by said teams?

what i dont undertsnad is teams like luton, are only 1m in debt, not sure just a guess, but teams like man utd and arsenal are 500m in debt. so how come nobody has said anything to them about over spending?
