Blackwell To Leave

Luton manager Kevin Blackwell has revealed he is leaving the Hatters because he no longer feels that he is managing the football club.

Blackwell has decided to leave the Luton in February with the cash-strapped League One outfit still in administration.

The former Leeds manager was believed to have made the decision to quit after the administrator agreed to sell a number of key players without consulting the management team.

Why have the administrators let 3 players go this weekend just before Luton's FA Cup replay with Liverpool ?. I thought they acted in the best interest of the club

My sympathy goes out to Luton fans, everyone else will move on if the club folds. Let's hope they pull around and find a buyer but it doesn't look good. Sooner or later a club is going to fold and drop out of the league, it'll then be re- born in the non league scene, it seems a shame when there's so much money in the game right now
