Eastwood Signs at Last

Well its finally gone through Wolves and the Sky Blues along the players agent finally agreed terms for the transfer of Freddie Eastwood to Coventry this morning. No fee has been disclosed but appears all the previous problems have no been resolved.

Following a medical Eastwood will join the Sky Blues squad in Switzerland to begin pre season training.

I guess this will now allow Coleman to release Leon Best to Forest if he still wants to go.

Eastwood scord sixty three goals for Southend in three years before his big move to Wolves for £1.5m where he only played a handfull of games.

So a warm welcome to Freddie and I hope for great things next season.....

If Eastwood can get the form back that he showed at Southend then Coventry have got a very good player.
