Hurst released as Yates and Green are offered deals
Paul Hurst has been released by the Millers as expected, whlst new deals are on the table for two of the club's youngsters.
Jamie Green and Jamie Yates have both been offered new one year contracts after breaking into the first team this season, with Green netting his debut goal against Barnet last weekend.
Full back Hurst leaves Millmoor with a record 494 club appearacnes behind him, and it's understood he wants to continue his playing career for a while longer yet as he completes his media studies off the field.
Boss Mark Robins has also released youngsters Nat Kerr, Simon Harrison, Sam Duncum and Lian King. All except Harrision spent time out at loan clubs last season. Midfielder Ian Ross has also been released.
Meanwhile, talks are set to open with centre backs Pablo Mills and Ian Sharps over new contracts.
