Brown charged with "Improper Conduct" by the FA
Hull City manager, Phil Brown has been charged by the FA for "Improper Conduct" during his side's 0-5 home drubbing by Wigan on the 30th August. Brown was seen to kick a water bottle in frustration during the game and then walked up to the stands before the referee had a chance to have a word with him. The FA have introduced the "Respect" campaign this season which is aimed at players & managers with regard to behaviour before, during and after matches towards match officials.

What's a manager supposed to do when his side are 5-0 down, show no emotion at all. The FA should realise that football is all about emotion, and the game will die without it
