Sodje joins Gills
Nigerian defender Efe Sodje has joined Gillingham on a two-year deal after he was released by Southend United in the summer.
The 34-year-old spent 18-months with the Shrimpers and made 24 Championship appearances for the club. Sodje has played over 300 league games with spells at Crewe, Huddersfield and Macclesfield Town. Gills boss Ronnie Jepson has already signed Craig Stone, Tom Bryant, Simon King, Craig Armstrong and Delroy Facey.
