problems with the site?

is it just me or is the site having major problems today as im getting the following error all the time here.

It started a few days ago and i have constantly being in touch with the host for this to be put right, of course they are saying its my side and of course i am blaming them, for those that didn't know i also run a gaming site that is also very active, which they say is using up to much CPU, but nothing has changed on the two sites that should raise it beyond my quota. So please bear with me while i get the problem resolved.
