Nightmare !!

last night my mother in law who has been fighting cancer was rushed into a hospice - all of a sudden she has taken a serious downturn

Mrs CovBee has been at the bedside and popped home at 2 in the morning for a few hours kip and a change of clothes - phoned up at 0430 to be told that she is in her last couple of hours

Was supposed to be going away tomorrow - been looking at all the insurance docs etc and we are not covered...not sure what to do now

I know it sounds very selfish but bloody typical of the mother in law to have the last laugh

I'm very sorry to hear your bad news Cov, i think no matter what you should see what your wife wants to do. As for the insurance company they'll try to get out of paying any policy if they can, but money comes second at a time like this. Best wishes to all your family

Have decided to still go tomorrow after much deliberation

After looking into can fly back for the funeral and will lose 2 or 3 days of the hols....andwill fly back told the kids they are now having 2 holidays and told the wife she can get some washing done at half time ..... that went down well !!!!
