Dave the Dolphin gets justice

2 men were convicted today of harrassing a Dolphin off the Kent coast at Sandgate near Folkstone during a drunken swim at 5 am in the morning in June last year, following a heavy session at a party. Dave the Bottlenose Dolphin was a regular site around the coast at Sandgate and attracted many people to the area to watch him. The 2 men swam with the dolphin and one was even pulled along by it. But experts said that if Dolphins get too attached to humans they can turn aggressive and even attack people. Unfortunately sitings of Dave have now stopped and there are fears that he may have died. The whole episode was caught on camera and the film used in evidence at the hearing.
