Good to have new voice!! Football is a universal sport not just a 'man thing' and hope she does well. David Pleat needs to go!! - I would rather Karen O Brady or any well read on the verse on the beautiful game woman be there instead of him. A lot of the sports commentators who give us results from around the grounds are women if you listen to the BBC. They also seem to say it as it is rarther than blind you by statistics and other useless info

i love pré-match trivia. That useful info is just to fill up gaps when the games are boring.
And football is a man-thing; 80 percent of the women dont know who steven Gerrard is.

Clive Tyldesley, John Motson and Garth Crooks should all be shown the exit door from football. Alan Hansen is quality, whilst Mark Lawrenson couldn't be more laid back if he tried. The best commentators by far are the sky duo of Martin Tyler and Andy Gray

My grandma is a better commentator than Andy Gray, the man's opinion changes with the wind. you have to be unbiased if you want to comment. Motson is unbiased, i dont see why you want him to go.
Alan Hansen is a pundit, no commentator. Garth Crooks, and the Wrighty-fella, are not my thing.
