Everton boss David Moyes will sign a new contract after being given £20m to spend in the transfer market. (Daily Mail)
Who does David Moyes need to bring in to Everton to make the push for the top 4?  and is £20 million enough?

He needs a decent Holding Midfielder, possibly another Centre Back and another Quality Striker IMO. £20 million won't be enough for the top 4 but they will probably be pushing again next season.
