As long as moyes can keep Everton competing for that Uefa spot on the budget he's on, Kenwright won't splash the cash. He's happy with the club where it is at the moment, I dont think he's ready for a big push to try and break the top 4 at the moment. Not until the new stadium issue is sorted.

Thats the way I see it anyway.
