Saturdays team did the job, so i'd start with the same players. I've a feeling he'll tinker though and end up with egg on his face

England boss Steve McClaren has hinted he is likely to make changes for his side's crucial Euro 2008 qualifier against Russia at Wembley on Wednesday.

McClaren was impressed with the way England beat Israel 3-0 on Saturday but said: "This is a tougher challenge.

"Russia play a different system. They have an excellent defensive record and will be difficult to break down.

"As much as I would like to keep the same shape, formation and personnel, we may have to tweak one or two things."

Id change heskey for crouch. We need more of a threat on goal.

After watchin tonights performance i love this team. Its the team that i think (about) deserves to be picked on merrit, not just because of who they are. I wouldnt change it for a while, barry and gerrard play great together.

Better than a bunch over overated underachievers

Lucky my A*se . I can't remember seeing us looking as balanced as a team in ages. Those 2 games have proved that if you get the balance right then we can get good results and play well whilst doing it

Played well but a better team would have punished our lapses of concentration in defence.
