Chelsea

I hope the loss against Neverton will give the 'comeback' effect to Liverpool again. (mainz 5-0 LFC -> LFC 2-1 Chelsea)

I'm pretty confident, Liverpool has the team to win the prem, It's now up to Rafa to put the noses into the right direction.

Keep off the beer before you post Junkie, Liverpool have no chance of the Premiership. It was on Talksport yesterday, and they asked a question. What is Liverpools main target this season, cos they've played a weakened side in both the league (v Everton) and Champions League (v PSV). Maybe Rafa realises his best shot is the League Cup

Giggs and scholes are too old, their recuperation is as fast as the strikers of leeds. So they will have a bad second part of the season.
Arsenal is sh*t again
Chelsea is the favorite, but we beat them in de fa cup, CL league and Commuity shield

I know it will be hard, but once liverpool's on a roll...

Now here is an interesting topic... as i see it there are only 4 teams that will finish in the top 4 this season... Chelsea, Man UTD, arsenal and liverpool, in no particular order there!... Lets try and give an objectional opinion to the debate seeing as of course my heart screems from us to end a long drought!... However from what i have seen so far this season i do believe it will be a slightly more open affair this year. Chelsea have managed to grind out wins already, fairly ominus to the other 3 teams, seeing as they are not playing that I think there is no doubt Shevchenko and Ballack are both top draw players and will find there feet and form, however i think the bigger issue is that 4 CM's is not working as well as using Robben, Duff, SWP,Cole etc as out and out wingers. The desperation to field all the world class players may cost them a few points this season! Arsenal after a poor first couple of games (it's not easy moving grounds) look to have found some form and AW has as usual blooded some great youngsters which will no doubt be the future, are they ready to hold up under the pressure yet??.... we will see. Now Man united well what can i say, they started like a race horse, however i feel that the sucess was a little flattering and slightly decieving! Yes they have scholes back, carrick is a good signing, saha will score goals, but i'm just not sure there is sufficient quality to beat the other contenders as shown against Arsenal. Finally Liverpool, Raffa has made some interesting signings... Pennant and Bellamy... both a gamble Kyut, Aurrilio, Gonzalez, Paulleta etc.. none of them proven but all interesting and most will end up being good business no doubt. Again i'm not sure the team is ready... all this rotation seems to hinder the gelling process and no one seems to know which team is best!... However confidence will help and although they have had a poor start luck has not been on their side... I still think it's to early for a league title and we may have to settle for another cup. This should however to the most exciting season for a while though especially with the possible re-emergence of Villa! I'd still have to give it to chelsea though... your pinions please!
