South Americans sign in
Liverpool have completed the signing of Brazilian left-back Fabio Aurelio on a free transfer from Valencia.
The 26-year-old, who has penned a four-year contract, won a Spanish title under Benitez at Valencia and is the first Brazilian to play for Liverpool. The Reds have also signed 20-year-old centre-back Gabriel Paletta from Argentine outfit Atletico Banfield.
