if clubs receive so much money in the prem why have derby spent so little.
i think that now days clubs have to spend big if they want to have a chance
of staying up. though derby have always said that they were a year ahead of schedule. but with the parachute payments they will probably go back up again.

If i remember the £30 million parachute for the last prem team is the same as Manchester United got for winning it last year,that's how things have moved on over the last 12 months,Roy Keane said last week though he isn't writing Derby's season off yet as strange things happen in football.
In Roy i trust so until it's mathematically sure who is going down i'll hesitate before i answer.
