For us to start getting a few points,The Jewel has had 3 weeks now to figure out who he wants starting and who he wants coming in off the bench,I suspect we are a much better team today than we were 3 weeks ago,at least confidence wise.

Derby are going to have to spend in January if they are to stop up, but can they afford to spend and still be relegated, that could ruin the club. It's a common dilema for a lot of newly promoted clubs.
