Are Derby as good as relegated?

Derby County continue to struggle in the Premiership, but i think Billy Davies is doing as good a job as possible there. Can you see them staying up or are they certainties for relegation?

West Ham was a certainty too last year. its not over by a long shot

Think that any team in the bottom half is a candidate at the moment with the exception I think of Spurs

i cant see derby surviving. they have not spent the cash.
derby are not likely to attract any big names at the moment so no i cant see them staying up.
