I'm off at 10 this morning and I'm being introduced to the programme that's been specifically developed for me - I hope it's not too strenuous. I won't be getting on their scales either - it has been a weekend of indulgence and excess on the food and vino front.

Good luck Beefy - I always find it difficult to motivate myself on a Monday morning.

He moans and moans - but the trees are still put up. I need to think about decorating the trees in the garden. - that should tip him over the edge.

The other thing I love about this time of year is thatt he supermarkets are getting in all their Xmas food goodies - I was sorely tempted to pick up some mixed peanuts and chocolate on Friday but knew that it would last until ..... Saturday afternoon.

Got back about an hour or so ago - felt great and have just finished some ironing - but now I am beginning to feel my lower back aching .... oh dear.

Saw it all on "Britain's Best Dish" this afternoon - a contestant prepared a squirrel pie - I have to say that it made me feel very ill.

yoo people, im happy to announce that i got a promotion on my job

now im the general manager for the complete region of south Croatia, better job, better money and a Scoda Octavia Scout as my car

If the trees are still up at Christmas time you could always decorate them in lights. It would make it very festive outside the house.
