Not that I am doubting your friend but it really pisses me off that no one ever talks about getting food poisoning from meals they had at home. Standards of hygiene in the average domestic Kitchen are far far below those foundin the majority of commercial outlets

Danni has started her Xmas shopping this weekend and has picked up some rather fetching new decorations - the favourite item has to be a 3 foot snowman. Mr D thinks it is hideous.

I'm going to the gym for the first time since Mexico this morning, i was gonna go for 8.30am and still i haven't made a move. I find it difficult to get motivated, once i start going i've no problem, it's just starting
