Avram Grant
After Avram Grant has led Chelsea to their first Champions League Final is he now finally recognised as a top manager and an worthwhile replacement for Jose Mourinho. Should Chelsea keep him as manager for next season?

Chelsea were nowhere when Mourinho left. They were well adrift in the Premier League. Avram Grant has turned their season on it's head with a good run of results and has now thrown the title race wide open again. Add the Champions League Final and i don't really think that you could ask for much more ...
And he's done it without key players at times as was pointed out on Sky last night. Lampard, Terry & Drogba have all missed games but he's still managed to get the best out of the rest.
