Avram Grant may not have been an household name, and i for one thought he'd be a temporary stop gap manager for Chelsea. The way he seems to have turned the clubs fortunes around over the last few weeks makes me think he could be in the job long term. The only trouble i can see for him is if he fails to land any trophies, but so far i think he's done brilliantly
