Young stays at the Valley
Charlton captain Luke Young has agreed to stay at The Valley, following talks with new manager Iain Dowie.
The 26-year-old England defender, who was on stand-by for the World Cup until he suffered an ankle injury, had been linked with West Ham. But Dowie was determined to hang on to Young and reached an agreement on his return from holiday. footballchatter.jpg
