It looks like Ridsdale won't be living the dream at Cardiff, how long before he leaves as well

Seems a bit harsh after the start Cardiff have had with most of their first team on the injury list. I do think (on occasion) that Chairmen do tend to expect wonders from team that their money can't buy. In this I mean that through the actions or lack of action/effort by a few players a manager is gone, if Arsenal or Man.ure can show us anything clubs need to allow managers to build teams, in the lower leagues there is not the money to go out and buy success. Ridsdale seems to be on the way to bankrupting his second club...hope he has not put an offer in for Coventry
