Wow, things can change so quickly. It was only in 2000 that we just pipped them to the title on the last day of the season.

histon are the up and coming team without doubt and for a village side they have done really well good luck to them

I thought the 5-0 defeat to Histon happened months ago.

I once played a round of golf with the then Chairman of Cambridge Supporters Club, who offered me free tickets to a match should my team draw them in any Cup Game..

My first ever match was Cambridge United vs Newport County about 1972

Cambridge were on the verge of promotion to the Premiership or First Division at one stage

Cambridge featured in one of the funniest moments I have seen when 2 of there own players had an all out scrap aka Lee Bowyer at Griffin Park which resulted in one sent off
